Horace Curlin Hall was born September 13, 1873 in Union City, Obion County, Tennessee to Kirk Hall and Eliza Curlin. He was married to Camilla A. Scott in about 1901. They had three children; Mary; Horace C; and Beverly S. Horace was a physician and a Texas quarantine officer in Laredo, Webb County, Texas. He enlisted in the Texas Rangers as a SPECIAL RANGER on February 21, 1918 thru January 15, 1919. In 1930, Horace was a medical doctor in Laredo, an eye, ear and nose and throat specialist. Horace Curlin Hall died February 2, 1931, in Laredo, Webb County, Texas. He was buried in the Laredo City Cemetery.
