This stone was originally on Verdie Vail's grave with just the name Vail on it. When Grandma Bessie died her kids wanted to put their names on the stone and it wasn't big enough so the kids moved it to Grandpa's Mom and Dad's grave and put their names on it and put a new stone on Grandma and Grandpa's grave.
