Funeral services for Wanda Neal Adams Shugart, 72, of Plainview will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Ron Brunson officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Visitation will be from 3:30-4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Shugart died Thursday, March 25, 2010, in Plainview. She was born June 11, 1937, in Gore, Okla., to Tommy Lee and Nettie Mae McNatt Neal. She married R.D. Adams on Nov. 21, 1951. He died April 13, 1998. She married L.P. Shugart on Nov. 4, 1999.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Jeneva Lee Warren of Kingsland, Teresa Ramirez of Lubbock and Loretta Jean Kirbo of Round Rock; a daughter-in-law, Gabriele Adams of Kingsland; a stepdaughter, Carolyn Pinkerton of Plainview; a stepson, Lloyd Shugart of Plainview; two sisters, Mary Willingham of Tulsa, Okla., and Linda James of Plano; 28 grandchildren; and 52 great-grandchildren.
