He is also survived by five grandchildren, Kortney and Kenzie Harrison, Aledo and Alexandria, Kyle and Jennifer Liggett, Clinton MS and one step-granddaughter Crystal Dehle, Galesburg. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Vera Damewood and an infant brother, Oren Liggett.
