KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, J. A. J. Sheffield and R. E. Sheffield, wife of J. A. J. Sheffield, of the County of Jasper and State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of $17.50, paid by J. F. Mock, agent for the Roganville community of Jasper County, Texas, for a graveyard, have Granted, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents, do Grant, Sell, and Convey unto the County Judge of Jasper County and his successors in office, of the County of Jasper, State of Texas, all that certain tract and parcel of land described as follows, to wit:

(Legal Description of land follows-this survey was done incorrectly and the boundaries of the property will not close upon themselves.) (Gary Adams)

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said County Judge and his successors in office heirs and assigns forever. And we do hereby bind our heirs, executors, and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto the said County Judge and his successors, heirs, and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
