NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Entered into rest on Monday, December 8, 2003, Mr. Cecil Fulmer, of North Augusta. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Edith Craddock Fulmer. Surviving is his son, Jim Fulmer of Virginia Beach, Va.; a sister, Edna Bass of Warrenville; two brothers, Ray Fulmer and Vernon Fulmer both of Aiken; and two grandchildren, Timothy Fulmer and Brian Fulmer; and three great grandchildren. Mr. Fulmer was born in Aiken to the late Samuel and Hattie Brown Fulmer. He retired from the Norfolk Navy Air Station with 35 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II and he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clearwater. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Clearwater with Rev. John Bolin officiating. Mr. Fulmer will be placed in the church at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Interment: Riverside Cemetery, Norfolk, Va. Pallbearers will be Michael Freeman, Nicholas Alvan os, Brandon Deer, Tommy Swartz, Danny Byars, Jeffrey Swartz and Travis Duncan. Memorials to: St. Joseph Hospice, 2260 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30904. Friends may call at the residence of Charles and Martha Deer, of 481 Randall Road, North Augusta or on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hatcher Funeral Home, U.S. Hwy. No. 1, Langley, SC.
