Mrs. D.T. Lesher, wife of Dr. Lesher, of Williamsport, received news of the sudden death of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Vincent Prosser, aged 79, of Philadelphia, on a train en route to Pittsburgh. Mrs. Prosser was seized with a hemorrhage and died before medical aid could reach her.
Mrs. Prosser, whose husband was former proprietor of the Prosser House in Williamsport, is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lesher, Williamsport; and Mrs. Annie Metz an Mrs. Emma Glass, both of Philadelphia.
The body will arrive on the P.R.R. and will be taken directly to Rose Hill Cemetery where services will be conducted.
