Born to this union were four children: Harold Harris Billingsley; Sarah Josephine Billingsley; Elbert Edmonston Billingsley; Charles Raymond Billingsley.). He married Lillian Mott and they lived on North Oakdale Avenue in Rialto. He worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for 37 years and died from a heart attack.

He was born in Alvarado, Texas and was worked as a conductor for the Santa Fe Railroad for 37 years until he retired. He was a Methodist, a member of San Bernardino B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 836 and the Friendship Club. He died on May 31, 1984 and lived in the county for 42 years. He was survived by his wife, Lillian, two daughtrers, one sister, Josephine Woods of Jackson, California and two grandchildren.
