Twin son of Henry and Rachel Whitaker Peck, he married Relief Joy of Rehoboth, MA on Nov. 7, 1771 and had 13 children, as did his son Daniel. Relief died in 1832. His grandfather was Jathniel Peck of Rehoboth who is an ancestor of the creator of this entry. Daniel when asked how many children he had, replied "three bushels and a peck."
At least two of his brothers, Solomon and Henry settled in Royalston as well. His mother died here at the home of Solomon at the age of 93.
