Inez Book
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 26, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Inez A. Book of Eugene, who died March 22 of age-related causes. She was 86.
She was born Sept. 1, 1923, in Post Oak, Mo., to John and Mabel Wilcox Raveill.
She graduated from high school in Independence, Mo. In Missouri, she worked as a waitress and was a homemaker. Before her children left home, she operated a child care business in her home.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Williams of Spokane and Nancy Clark of Independence, Mo.; three sons, Michael Scott of Independence and Steven Scott and Jeffery Book, both of Eugene; two sisters, Elizabeth Butler and Alice Plain, both of Independence, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A son, Robert Book, died Aug. 15, 2002.
Burial will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. Arrangements by England's Eugene Memorial Chapel. Remembrances to Community Church of Christ in Eugene.
