Funeral for Addis Lee Blackwood Roy, 82, of Hartselle will be at 2 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Weaver officiating.

Burial will be in the Church Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Roy died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born Nov. 10, 1915, in Morgan County, to John Henry and Fannie Price Blackwood. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

She is survived by one son, Eddie Roy of Danville; one daughter, Linda Roy Drane of Hartselle; two brothers, Elmer Blackwood of Somerville and Hoover Blackwood of Decatur; two sisters, Lois Walker of Hartselle and Loree Boger of Decatur; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Roy, Tony Blackwood, Houston Blackwood, Mike Blackwood, Ronnie Blackwood, Johnny Boger and Donnie Boger.
