Philip Lee Baginski, 16, of 7623 W. Stewart Ave., Puyallup, who was killed Sunday when he touched a live wire while he was floating down Clark's Creek, was born in Puyallup and had lived there all his life.

He was a student at Puyallup High School where he was a member of the debate team, band and orchestra. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Puyallup.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antone Baginski, of the home; two brothers, Paul, his twin, and James, both of Puyallup, and two sisters, Mrs. Kipp (Victoria) Turner and Miss Janice Baginski, both of Puyallup.

Services will be announced by Powers Wrigley Clements Funeral Home, Puyallup.
