She had 9 children and after she died her husband remarried, but had no more children. His second wife was Mrs Anna Collins of Fitzwilliam, N.H. whom he married Jan 28, 1813. The monument at the right is for her son Jonas' family at the Old Centre Cemetery in Royalston, MA. She and her husband Nathan may be buried somewhere nearby.
Her older brother Capt. Silas Childs #27181782 was active in the Revolutionary War.
Here is a note he wrote which was found by Herman Brown:
From the Public Papers of George Clinton, p. 570

"Granvil March 26th 1780
I have this Moment received Express from Major Allen who was at Putmans Creek, That three hundred of the Enemy set out for Fort Edward yesterday with Twenty Sleds. This from yours in great haste, [signed] Silas Childs, Capt. [Sent to Capt. John Chipman at Fort Edward, who then added his note and sent it on to Col. Van Schaick in Albany. This was notification by Silas Childs of the British army moving on Fort Ann, NY.
