William Elery Nolin died in Naples, FL on December 6, 1997. He was born on August 25, 1909 in Claremont; the son of William and Laura (Cushion) Nolin.
He had been a resident of Naples since 1970, coming from Claremont, NH. He graduated from Georgetown Law School and practiced law in Claremont for over forty years.
He was the former president of the New Hampshire Bar Association and a member of the Knights of Columbus No 1820 in Claremont and a member of Naples Country Club here in Naples. He was also a member of the St William Catholic church. He was a veteran of the U S Navy and served as a lieutenant commander in the Pacific Theatre.
He married Hilda Gauthier on January 20, 1934 in Newport, NH.
He is survived by his wife.
Burial is in St Mary's Cemetery.
