W. A. Bullock, aged Central Holston resident, died last night at 10:30 o'clock. He was 74 [sic] years of age. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. BRISTOL HERALD-COURIER, 4 June 1926.

Funeral services for W. A. Bullock, age 74 years, who died at his home near Weavers Thursday night at 10:30 o'clock, will be conducted from the Weaver Church this morning at 10:30 o'clock. Rev. J. N. Shepherd of Milligan College, Tenn., will be in charge of the service and interment will follow in the Weaver Cemetery near where his brother was laid to rest about one month ago. Mr. Bullock was one of the oldest residents of the community and was widely known as a Christian gentleman, being loved and respected by all who knew him. Mr. Bullock is survived by one brother, L. Bullock, with whom he had made his home, and three sisters, Mrs. J. W. Booher of Bristol, Tenn., Mrs. J .A. Hatcher of Erwin, Tenn., and Mrs. J. P. Burton of Knoxville, Tenn. One brother, A. S. Bullock, died on May 10 of this year. Flower bearers will be R. L. Jones, Harmon Bullock, Cecil Morton, Clarence Morton, Charlie Morton, Albert Morton, Finley O'Dell, and Frank Harkleroad. Pallbearers will be Sam Morton, D. T. O'Dell, H. S. Morton, C H. Warren, G. A. Morton and A. O. O'Dell. BRISTOL HERALD-COURIER, 5 June 1926.
