Mrs. Trella Grace Balmer, 79, of 403 W. Elm St., Olney,
died late Friday night at her home.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 pm in the Chapel of the Zirkle Funeral Home, with Pastor Samuel Roethemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Mrs. Balmer was born Dec. 25, 1897, daughter of George and Jennie Decker Stine.

On Dec. 29, 1931, she was united in marriage with Harry Balmer in Olney. He preceded her in death Dec. 24, 1974.

She was a Registered Nurse, having graduated from the Olney Sanitarium School of Nursing, and was a member of the First United Church of Christ.

Her late husband operated the former Star Grocery in downtown Olney for 40 years.

Surviving are a son. Chris Balmer of Olney Rt. two grandchildren: a sister. Mrs. Charles (Bess) Hasler of Noble.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Mayme Crosby Fiscus and Mrs. Maude Hartley; and three brothers, N. O. Stine, Glen Stine and Eugene Stine.
