MINNIE ANDERSON DIES: RITES HELD SATURDAY
Mrs. Minnie May Anderson, 80, 1524 North 9th Street, died last Thursday at 7:35 A.M. at Wilson County Hospital. She had been ill for 6 weeks. Minnie Mae Redington was born April 1, 1889 at Coffeyville to Daniel and Emmiline (Bentley) Redington. She was married November 30, 1904 at Independence to Delva F. Anderson who died June 21, 1954. She had lived in Neodesha most of her life. She was a member of the Nazarene Church.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Frank (Remo) Bryson of Thayer; Mrs. Raymond (Marguerite) Tolliver of Independence, Missouri; Mrs. Don (Dorothy) Cook and Mrs. Vernon (Joan) Hubbard, both of Neodesha; four sons, Lonnie Anderson of Neodesha; Charles H. Anderson of Hawthorne, California; Kenneth Anderson of Cedar Point, Illinois; one sister, Sarah Wills of Neodesha; two brothers, Charles Redington of Altoona and Obie Redington of Neodesha. 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Willard D. Anderson; a sister, Rosie who died in infancy; and two grandsons.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 P.M. at the Nazarene Church with the Rev. Wednel Paris, Carthage, Missouri and the Rev. E. R. Verbeck officiating. Internment was at Neodesha Cemetery under direction of the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home.

Leslie Watkins, Fort Knox, Kentucky; Mrs. Theda Anderson, Mrs. Faye Hall of Fredonia; Mr. & Mrs. Linell Anderson , Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Mr & Mrs. Alfred Anderson of Wichita; Mrs. & Mrs. Frank Seller, Mr. & Mrs. Nelson Lucius, Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Seller of Elk City; Mr. & Mrs. Bill Stadalman of Caney; Mr. & Mrs. Charles Redington and Mrs. Lewis Erbe of Altoona.
