In 1768, the Westford Society built its first church, and called itself Second Congregational Church. Records of Second Congregational Church list David Chaffee, and other Chaffee/Walker family members, in the assignment of pews. Although, no tombstones have been discovered for David, or Martha, it is likely they are buried in the Westford Hills Cemetery, with other Chaffee/Walker family members.
