Sandra L. Pagel, age 70 of Gainesville, FL. went home to be with the Lord on Friday March 19, 2010. She was born on October 24, 1939 in Philipsburg, PA. Sandi moved with her family to Detroit, MI. as a young child. Sandi's life always reflected the unconditional love she had for her family. She touched many lives with her ability to love. She had a love for music and history. She always saw the beauty in the simplest of things and shared her appreciation with those she loved. She was a gifted singer and pianist from early on in her life.

She belonged to the Westwood Hills Church of God where she lovingly watched over many children in the school at the church. She enjoyed lovingly caring for the children and she was greatly loved in return. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Pagel Jr., and is survived by her children Al Susick Jr., Bradley R. Susick, Robert J. Pagel, Erika L. Pagel, and her step-children Cynthia A. Pagel and Jason J. Pagel. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren A.J. Susick, Hannah Susick, Emily Taylor Kidwell, Conner W. Pagel, and Jack R. Bosserman.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday March 22, 2010 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
