Eva L. Fisher Passes, Services Held At Fort Benton Monday

Mrs. Albert Fisher, 64, died Thursday night in the Liberty County Hospital in Chester. She was a pioneer settler, having homesteaded with her husband in the Goosebill area of Chouteau County.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Byron Israel in the Fort Benton Funeral Chapel and burial took place in the Highland Cemetery in Great Falls on Monday.

Mrs. Fisher was born Eva L. Warehime on October 14, 1892, at Wilbur, Washington. She married Albert Fischer on October 14, 1912, in Davenport, Washington. They moved to Montana in 1914. Mr. Fisher preceded her in death in June of 1957.

Survivors include children, Mrs. Dehlia Gibson, Prescott, Arizona, Mrs. Hazel Ward, Chester and Mrs. Gertrude Swears of Fort Benton. A son, Marshall Fisher of Fort Benton; brothers, John Warehime of Cascade and Henry Warehime of Spokane; sisters, Mrs. Sophie Bergman of Cascade, and Mrs. Ella Seamna, Colville, Washington.
