Flora Alice Brock, 89, who was a resident of Skamania County in the Cook-Mill A area since 1907, passed away at Simcoe Manor in Goldendale, Wash., on Dec. 26, where she had been a patient for several years. She was born on March 31, 1877 in Springfield, Ill., and is survived by: three sons, Ervin E., of White Salmon, Melvin of Goldendale, and Floyd R. of Flagstaff, Ariz.; one daughter, Mrs. James Bailey of The Dalles, Ore.; one sister, Ella Medler of Portland, Oregon; one brother, Sam Brock of Alaska; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday morning, Dec. 30 at 10 o'clock in Gardner's Chapel with the Rev. Alfred Waln officiating. Interment was at the Chris Zada Cemetery, Underwood.
