Dr. Perry Van Verleni, DPM, 56, of Lutz died in his home on March 11, 2010 of complications from cancer treatment. His generous, caring, good natured personality made Perry deeply loved by his family, friends and clients.
Perry was born in Jamestown NY and baptized at St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. He was a graduate of the University of Buffalo and the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. In 1991, Perry married the love of his life, Sarann.
He is survived by his wife Sarann (Landy) Verleni, his sons, Frank, Nicholas and PJ. His father, and his mother, who called Perry "Hule" preceded him in death.

Other survivors include two sisters Mary Ann Mirras (Geneva NY) and Catherine Calamunci (Lakeland FL); several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Dr. Verleni was a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Florida Podiatric Medical Association and the Hillsborough County Podiatric Association Chapter. He was very proud of his Albanian heritage.
