On Wednesday, May 25, 1960, at Georgetown University Hospital, Anna Waters Thompson of 1868 Columbia Rd. NW, beloved wife of the late J. Lawn Thompson Sr., and mother of Mrs. Howard Coppenbarger, Dr. J. Lawn Thompson, Jr. and Dr. Charles Waters Thompson, and sister of Mrs. J. Brent Clarke, Mrs. H. B. Haddox and Samuel Dever Waters.

Memorial services on Thursday, May 26, at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Funeral Home of Robert A. Pumphrey, Bethesda, Md., at 1 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Dr. Proctor Harvey's Special Research Fund, Georgetown University Hospital.
