PEMBROKE – Mrs. Eva Martin Boles, 65, died at her home Sunday (Apr 24 1977). Surviving are her husband, John C. Boles; six daughters: Mrs. Eula Peters; Mrs. Frances Langley; Miss Mabel Martin, all of Maryland; Mrs. Michael DeHart. Danville; Mrs. Randy Atkins, Pembroke; Mrs. Earl Perdue, Dublin; four sons: Douglas Martin, and Frank Martin, both of Pembroke; Pete Martin, Blacksburg; Clinton Martin, Richmond; her mother, Mrs. Louise Nelson, Pembroke; two sisters: Mrs. China Mann, Blacksburg; Mrs. Ola Lucas, Pembroke: two brothers: Eugene Nelson and Arkal Nelson, both of Pembroke; 14 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 pm Wednesday from the Pembroke Assembly of God Church with burial in Birchlawn at Pearisburg. Friends may call at the Williams-Jamison Funeral Home Pembroke after 4 pm Tuesday.
