FRANKLIN U. BOWSER ARCADIA (Special)---Franklin U. Bowser, 95, 718 West Oak St., Arcadia, died in an Arcadia Hospital Sunday morning after a short illness. He was born in Bremen, Ind., and lived in Arcadia since 1958. He moved here from Indiana. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Amanda Bowser, Arcadia; one son, Lawrence Bowser, Arcadia; one daughter; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
