A celebration of her life will be held 7 p.m., Thursday, February 11, at the New Life Fellowship in Texas City with Pastor R. L. Calhoun officiating. Visitation will be 4 – 7 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. O'Neal was born September 11, 1968 in Galveston, Texas. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Pat O'Neal; daughters Rachel Conaway and Melony Linkey; step-daughter Kim Garcia; step-sons Patrick O'Neal, Jr. and Darron O'Neal; sisters Charlette Conaway and Kristie Mott; brother Melvin Conaway, Jr.; 3 granddaughters and 2 great-nephews; numerous other relatives and friends
