CROSBY - Mark James Davies, 46, of Crosby, died July 2, 2006, at his home. He was born on April 22, 1960, in Crosby to John Arthur and Shirley Ann (Meacham) Davies. He was a Crosby-Ironton High School graduate, class of 1979. He attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. He was currently employed as a custodian with the Crosby-Ironton School District. He was a former employee with Spalj Construction. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby.
He is survived by his parents, John and Shirley Davies; one brother, Mike (Gina) Davies of Finland, Minn.; one sister, Kathy (John "Tappo") Deblock of Aitkin; one niece, Kayla Davies; three nephews, Ryan and Matt Deblock and Aaron Davies.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Friday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby and one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
