She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Tri-City Rebekah Lodge No. 226.
Survivors include her husband, Jessie of the home; two sons, Duane Harris of Dumas; and Jerry W. Harris of Denver, Colo.; five grand children; and five great-grandchildren.

Ruth Harris, 78, Borger, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, 1990, in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Earl Skaggs, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Mionton-Chatwell [sic] Funeral Directors of Borger.
