Services for Roy Graham, 56, long-time Olney businessman, civic leader, and former mayor of Olney, were in the Olney First Methodist church. Mr. Graham was mayor of Olney for 10 years and served on the City Council. A Mason and Shriner, Graham was past president of the Rotary Club and was active in affairs of the Chamber of Commerce and Methodist church. He was a wholesale distributor for an oil and gasoline company and held ranching interests. He was a member of a pioneer Archer County family. The town of Anarene was named for Graham's mother, and his father operated a hotel there in the early days when it was a thriving community. Mr. Graham was a graduate of Texas A&M College in 1921 and had made his home in Olney.
Survivors are his wife; one daughter - Mrs. John L. Hill; his mother; a brother; and three grandchildren.
