Catherine Cline, age 84 of Linton, died Monday, March 15, 2010, at the Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan. She was born in Herrin, IL, on November 12, 1925, the daughter of Troy & Ruth (Grasty) Morgan. She had previously worked as a librarian in Tombstone, Arizona. She was a member of the Historical Society of Tombstone, Arizona, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Ladies Moose, both of Linton.
She is survived by three nephews, Delmar Morgan of Murphy, CA, Stephen Corbin of Bargersville, and Brian Corbin of Columbus; and two nieces, Sondra Johnson of Edmond, OK & Marsha Reynolds of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Cline; a sister, Lorraine Corbin; and a brother, LaVerne Morgan.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Tues., March 23, at Fairview Cemetery in Linton, Pastor Sam Bush officiating.
