Beatrice Irene Gannon died at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH on October 11, 1988. She was born in Claremont on March 4, 1921; the daughter of Wilfred and Mary (Nadeau) Cote.
She was a lifelong resident of Claremont. She worked at the Newport Shoe Co for twelve years and at the International Shoe Co. She retired from the New Hampshire Mfg Co of Claremont. She was a communicant of St Mary Church.
She married Ralph Clifford Johnson on July 12, 1941 in Claremont and he was killed in WWII.
She married Sylvester Gannon on September 8, 1945 in Claremont and he preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by daughter Gloria Jean Johnson.
Surviving are son Sylvester Gannon Jr of Manchester, NH; daughter Beverly Beaudreau of Charlestown, NH (died in 2007); eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter; two brothers Albert Cote of Newport, NH and Aime Cote of Claremont; and five sisters Stella George of Charlestown, NH, Rita Wolfgram, Theresa Lepicier, and Margaret Bresland all of Manchester, NH, and Blanche Hagar of Glendale, AZ.
Burial is in St Mary's Cemetery.
