Mrs. Janice L. Aldridge of Haines City died of complications from breast cancer Sunday (Oct. 30, 2005) in Winter Haven. She was 63.
Born April 1, 1942, in Winter Haven, she was a longtime resident of Haines City. She was a legal secretary for Ted A. Lasseigne, P.A. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Davenport.
Mrs. Aldridge was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. A.V. Aldridge, who died on Feb. 4, 1992. She is survived by her father, J.L. Howard, Winter Haven; son, Roger Aldridge, Charlotte, N.C.; daughters, Gwen Barlow, Winter Haven, and Glenda Aldridge, Haines City; brothers, David L. Howard, Winter Haven, and Michael Ray Howard, Belcher, La.; sister, Shirley Nunes, Anderson, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grand-children.
Visitation for Mrs. Janice L. Aldridge of Haines City, who died Sunday (Oct. 30, 2005), will be from 5 to 7 this evening at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 1001 Grace Ave., Haines City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Davenport. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
