Daughter of Isaac Harrell (1770-1850) and Elizabeth Watkins 1778-1823). Susan was born in Ky.oldest of 10 siblings. Married William C Newland on 18 Mar 1817 in Brownsville Jackson Co Indiana. They had 9 Children. Elizabeth C., Susan M., Benjamin MD, Catherine T., Robert W., Laura A. Sarah L. Emily Jane, Ann C.
