His will was dated Feb. 25, 1761 and proved June 28, 1764, naming his wife, Hester; daughters: Hester wife of Joseph Frost, Jr., Grace wife of Moses Dimon jr., Elizabeth and Abigail; grandchildren: Moses & Peter Hull; four sons: John, Thomas, Pinkney and Daniel. Administration of his estate assigned to Elizabeth & Abigail Dimon.
