Born May 30, 1912, he was the son of Frank and Kate Conley Blair and had been a resident of Manilla eight years.
Mr. Blair is survived by his wife, Mrs. June Fairchild Blair.
Other survivors are two daughters, Bonnie Watson, Akron, Ohio and Barbara Caulley, Milford Center, Ohio; three brothers, WardieBlair, Catlettsburg, Paul Blair, Baltimore, Md., Delmar Blair,Baltimore, Md.; seven sisters, Alta Blair, Paintsville, Christine Davis, Lenore Jackson, Malta Shelton, all of Ashland, Oma Bentley,Wayland, Dorothy Newell, Baltimore Md. Funeral services were held today at 2:00 p.m., in the Low Gap United Baptist Church, with the Revs. Lonza Reed and Scott Castle officiating.
Burial was in the Fairchild Cemetery.
