Mrs. Philo Werts, of Jackson township, has received notification that her son, Howard Huron Bozell, stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps in Shanghai, China has been killed. The message gave no details of the death. It said the body would reach San Francisco about Sept. 8. Burial will be at Edinburg.
