Services will be held Monday for Nettie Edith CARTER, aged 85, who passed away last Thursday at St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Mrs. CARTER was born on January 01, 1897 in Toler and she was married to A. M. CARTER on July 13, 1968 in Del Rio. She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church, Eastern Star, Sorosis, and the American Legion Auxiliary. She had been living in Perryton for 12 years.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Southside Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bob Ryan, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Brothers.
Mrs. CARTER is survived by a daughter, Maxine GOLDWINE of Del Rio, and a son, Gayle GAITHER of Lubbock.
