MRS. CARL P. BESENDORF, 66, of 3117 Newburg Road, died Sunday after apparently suffering a heart attack, according to Deputy Coroner Henry Burchett. Mrs. Besendorf was on Allegheny Airlines flight 414, which had left Standiford Field at 6:45 p.m. bound for Boston. The plane turned back to Louisville at 6:55, arrriving here at 7:02. Mrs. Besendorf was taken to St. Joseph Infirmary, where she was pronounced dead at 7:35 p.m. Mrs. Besendorf was the former Emma Wolf and was a member of the Altar societies of St. Raphael the Archangel and St. Peter Catholic churches. She is survived by her husband; a son, Carl P. Besendorf Jr.; two daughters, Mrs. LaVerne Lindberg and Mrs. J. R. Barker, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Raphael Church, Bardstown Road and Lancashire, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The body is in Bosse Funeral Home, Barret and Ellison.
