The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oberlin from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 with the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until time of service. Paul was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great-great grandfather. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Lillian, for 50 years until her passing in June of 1996. He worked hard to provide for his family. He served our country as a medic in World War II. Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and was very devoted to them. He was a man of strong faith and a lifelong member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Oberlin. Paul was also a lifelong member of the American Legion. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Those left to cherish Paul’s memory include his two sons, Clifford Lafleur and wife, Onalee, of Oberlin and Clayton Lafleur and wife, Saundra, of Westlake; one sister; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Paul is preceded in death by four brothers and seven sisters.
