Union Man Dies When Hit By Car. Union, SC - Saturday, July 4, 1936 - William "Bill" Eubanks, of Union, SC, was killed on the Union-Spartanburg Highway, near his County home tonight. He was reported to have been walking along the highway when struck by an automobile. Two men reported to have been in the car which struck Eubanks were said to have suffered minor injuries. He was 65 years of age at demise and interment was in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. (Original Obituary was rewritten to conform to Findagrave Rules by Record Hunter.)
