Mamie Parker Edwards, a pioneer of South Miami died January 12, 2004. Mamie was born in Kendrick, Fl. and she and the family moved to South Miami in 1917. She was a life long member of First Baptist Church of South Miami. She is predeceased by her Husband, Ralph Edwards (married in 1934). She is survived by her Children Evelyn Zazzali, Juanita (Ben) Wood and Dennis (Cathy) Edwards. Six Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild.
