SAVOY - Arrangemets are pending at Mullican-Little Funeral Home for Mrs. Ethel Blanton, 86, who died early today in a Sherman hospital. Interment will be in Carson Cemetery, Ector.
She was born June 6, 1894, in Jasper, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie King. She married William Blanton, June 30, 1912, in Fannin County. She was a Methodist and resided in Fannin County most of her life, the past 10 years in Savoy.
Survivors include on daughter, Mrs. Josephine Duncan of Savoy; three sons, Roscoe of Ravenna, Robert of Bonham, and Bill of Sherman; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
