BOUNTIFUL--Raymond Harold Brown, age 78, passed away October 20, 1993.
He was born October 3, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of William Steele and Martha Mary Lewis Brown. He married Cordelia Cheney October 15

1940 in Centerville, Utah; she died March 17, 1970. He married Fern Hardy April 1, 1972 in Salt Lake City; she died December 6, 1992. He was a member of the LDS Church, and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Surviving are two sons and three daughters: Van S. Brown, Brad R. Brown, both of West Valley; Beryl K. Leonard, Edgewood, Kentucky; Sheila G. Brown, Tenino, Wash.; Cydney M. Brown, Colorado Springs, Colo.; five grandchildren: Tara Hedin, Paige Gardner, Del Ray Brown; Kurt and Christina Jelle; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, LaVon Davis, Murray.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 23, 1993, 11 a.m., at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East. Friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, one hour prior to services. Interment in the Centerville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
