Robert Q. Noll
COAL TOWNSHIP -
Robert Q. Noll, 73, of Coal Township, formerly of Melmar Drive, Lewisburg, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at Mountain View Manor Nursing Home, Coal Township.
He was born June 6, 1936, in Lewisburg, a son of Quay and Marion (Cameron) Noll. He was married to the former Noreen Hasse, who died March 21.
Robert was a 1955 graduate of Milton High School.
He was employed by the Navy as a truck driver.
He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Wisconsin and Woodmen of the World and was a lifetime member of the Kratzerville Fire Company.
Robert enjoyed collecting antique toys and going to flea markets.
He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Harry Leitzel of Winfield; one brother and three sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Sonja Noll of New Columbia, Fay Ritter and Sandy Ritter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ernest R. Ritter Sr.; and two brothers, Ernest R. Ritter Jr. and William C. Ritter.
Friends and relatives will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Shaw Funeral Home, Milton, where the funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday with Pastor Dan May officiating.
Burial will be in Church Hill Cemetery, Lewisburg.
