[TX DEATH CERT. # 35110] OBIT-7 July 1944 Weatherford, TX Mrs. Nellie Roberts Dies at Hospital Thursday 2:15 P.M. ---Mrs. Nellie Roberts, 74 years old, of 414 East First Street, died at a local hospital, Thursday afternoon at 2:15 o'clock. She had been in poor health for some time. Mrs. Roberts was born in Atchinson, Kansas, but came to Texas when a girl and had resided in Weatherford for 50 years. She is survived by one Son, Clint Roberts, of California; and two Brothers and one Sister: W. C. (William Charles)and T. B. (Theoderick B.)Kidd of Fort Worth and Mrs. Hannah McLaren (McClaren) of Austin, Texas. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. G. W. Bales, pastor of the North Side Baptist Church, at the Cotten-Bratton Funeral Chapel, Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Internment will be in the City Greenwood Cemetery.
