ADAMS Davis A., 88, of Eufaula, formerly of OKC, died Sunday, April 11, 1999. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, officiated by Bill Emmert. Burial will be at Elgin City Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Eufaula. He was born May 22, 1910, in Izard Co., AR to William Adams and Sarah E. (Cantrell) Adams-Walker. He was self-employed doing business as Downtown Chevrolet in OKC. During the war he worked at Tinker Air Force Base. He was a member of the Oklahoma Sooner Fiddlers Association. He married Mae Freeman May 24, 1930. He lived in OKC since 1939 before moving to Eufaula in 1998. He is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Delore Buck of Eufaula, Judith Gray of Chapel Hill, NC, Linda and Kenneth Latham of Yukon, OK.
