Actor. Billed as Richard Wyler during the later part of his career. Following his service with the RAF during World War II, he made his silver screen debut in the film "The Challenge" (1948). He relocated to Hollywood that same year and landed roles in several memorable pictures, including "The Three Musketeers" (1948), "Little Women" (1949), "The Strange Door" (1951), "King of the Khyber Rifles" (1953), "Charge of the Lancers" (1954) and "The Barbarians" (1960). He returned to England to star in the TV series "Man from Interpol" (1960 to 1961). In addition to acting, he was an avid race car drive and writer, authoring the novel "Naked Legacy" in 2004. He died from kidney failure.
