Graveside services with military honors for Frank E. Casey of El Reno will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the El Reno Cemetery with Rev. Rod Young, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Services are under direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Mr. Casey died Monday, March 8, 2010, in the Clinton Veterans Center. He was born May 5, 1921, in Sasakwa. Frank came to El Reno as a child and had resided here since. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Frank was a union carpenter and a member of the American Legion. He attended Trinity Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Minnie (Mills) Casey; his wife, Betty (Brower) Casey; a stepson, LeRoy Otterbine; brothers, Orville "Greek" Casey and Bruce Casey; four sisters, Laura Thompson, Annie Brown, Betty Barnett and Grace Parr.

Survivors include a son, Johnny Casey of Norman; a daughter, Tamara Turner and husband, Eugene of Yukon; a stepson, James Otterbine of El Reno; sisters, Joy Otterbine of El Reno and Vickie Murillo of Norman; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
