Survived by his wife; sons - Arthur Pemberton, Ray Pemberton, Alfred Pemberton, Leonard Pemberton; daughters -Mrs. Bessie Thomas, Mrs. Vera Ashby; half-brothers - John Pemberton, Ernest Pemberton and Robert Pemberton; half-sister - Mrs. Minnie Cochran; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
