Don, 86, Wapakoneta, died at 10:10 p.m., in the Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville, surrounded by his loving family. He had been a resident there for two years.
He was a son of Charles A. and Mary J. (Burden) Frazier. He married Ila M. Frazier, who preceded him in death Sept. 13, 1960. He later married Jamie E. Gas Werner, who preceded him in death Oct. 16, 1999.
Surviving are a daughter, Karen (Rod) Helstad, Spencerville; two stepsons, Jerry Werner and Charles Joe Werner, both Wapakoneta; two grandsons; a stepdaughter, Christi (Shawn) Caudill, Spencerville; several other grand and great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law.
He was preceded in death by 10 siblings.
He served in the U.S. Army during Word War II.
Funeral services will be in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with the Rev. Jan Johnson officiating.
